1. Subscription Services

By subscribing to World of Golf Apparel, you agree to receive golf gloves at the interval selected at checkout (e.g., every 2, 4, or 6 weeks). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up-to-date to avoid interruption of service.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Any failed payments may result in a suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

3. Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns if the product is faulty, broken, or unfunctional upon delivery.
To qualify for a return:

• Notify us within 7 days of receiving your item

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Include proof of purchase and photos of the defect

If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or normal wear and tear.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:

• Australia: 2–5 business days

• New Zealand: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weekends, customs, and remote locations. We are not liable for third-party carrier delays.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date.
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions or orders due to fraud, misuse, or other violations of our terms.

6. Product Availability and Changes

All products are subject to availability. We may modify or discontinue items or subscription plans without notice.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, images, text, and designs—is the property of World of Golf Apparel. Do not copy or reuse without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from product use or website access.
